Liechtenstein's stamps used in Switzerland

Because of the proximity of Liechtenstein, as well as the joint postal and monetary convention between the two countries, some tourists are confused into thinking that Liechtenstein's stamps are valid in either country. They are not, but the first postcard below made it past the canceling machine in Geneva. A sharp-eyed postal clerk in the much smaller resort of Grindelwald caught the second example.
