Franco Labels

Post office mail which travels free of postage must be so marked, generally with an imprint of "FRANCO". Between 1911 and 1970, the postal authorities produced adhesive FRANCO labels for official correspondence where the FRANCO indicia was not already preprinted as part of a form.
